Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation - Once you’ve made the decision to allow Innovant Consulting LLC to help you with the needs of your organization and payment is made upon booking your selected service, you have 48 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. Because work on your service begins immediately after booking, cancellations outside of the 48 hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling - If you should need to reschedule the service you’ve booked, we kindly ask you inform us, via email, 24 hours before your scheduled service. We are happy to work with you and your organization’s scheduling needs.
